"Ibah is a very special place in Ubud, right near the Campuhan bridge and the start of the Campuhan Ridge walk. It feels like a special sanctuary away from the traffic and heat. "The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were initially in had some maintenance issues, but when we raised our concerns, they promptly changed our room and helped us move our belongings. The food was good, and the location was convenient, close to the shops and only a 10-minute drive to the city centre. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the city centre. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Great villas"

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

"Totally overestimated. Outdated room. Towels were worn out. There was a stain and a dead fly on a comforter and I requested to change it. A female employee picked up the dead fly by her fingers and didn’t wash her hand. Gross! "

"Lovely property we had a good time staying there I would say it would be nice if there was someone at the front desk to greet you and have your room ready all the time. When we initially got there they had told us that room was double booked and put our stuff in a room for the meantime. But no one came and confirmed after we got back from and activity that the room they had put us in was indeed the one we booked. Had to reach out to them via what’s app. Staff was willing to help get the lizards...

"Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. Secondly, the bed and amenities were of low quality. The bed used to shake a lot while sleeping, impacting...
