"Check in process was unclear and we weren't provided the check-in form until we phoned outside the hotel. They then emailed us a form that had to be completed. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that.
