"Great hotel"

"Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers"

"Amazing hotel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Hats off to an amazing housekeeping team. They deserve a raise and I say this because I am such a clean freak and travel quite often. "The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay."

"Room was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful in whatever we needed to include directions to our event. Having no complimentary breakfast was the only knock on the place but the bistro was pretty good although a bit pricey"

"The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall."

"We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need."
