"Very clean. Room and bathroom was very modern. No microwave in the room...down the hall. Onsite restaurant was nice. Parking was terrible. Staff was not helpful and not informed about the current parking situation. Now part of the problem was due to the Fifa World Cup that was in KC the prior week. The tents were still up and taking up most of the $10 hotel parking spaces. Was not clear which spaces were city or/hotel. Need to do better if they host other events,"

The rooms were not as clean as we expected and had a noticeable musty, stale smell. The fitness center was also very disappointing and lacked even the most basic equipment. "Way too noisy area. Maybe normal and “ nothing you can do about it” however it could be disclosed in good conscience when patron is given room facing Main St. Street noise was almost like it was in the room, so loud and seemingly no noise insulation on building at all. There are common building materials that would have gone a long way to alleviate the noise. Impossible to get any rest and or sleep. Would have happily paid fee to not stay here and stay at quiet place if I would have been...
