"Booked a room there through Expedia but when we got there, it was overbooked. We got sent away and had to book something else. We got a refund through Expedia but the process was very frustrating."

"The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall."

"My stay was great. Room was clean, great view. Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful and accommodating, variety of food and snacks at the lobby. Shrimp tacos at the bar were delicious."

We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! "Expedia really did me dirty on this hotel. I read through reviews and booked because it had almost a 7/10 rating but definitely do not recommend. The whole place smells of cigarette smoke as soon as you step inside. The vibe is super sketchy and, while the bedrooms have AC, they are muggy and damp. Neighbours were pounding on each other's doors in the middle of the night and we were woken up at like 2am by the phone ringing and immediately hanging up. Thankfully we didn't have bedbugs (we...
