"Wasn't easy to find the place just because no main entrance just a small door and nothing was write to find it easily.
The room too small very difficult to enter especially when I received a visitor.
The shower was leaking and the shower door just fell down and was not easy for me to have a good shower.
I think next time I will not book this hotel at all."

Stylish Apartments in PimlicoTachbrook

"I just hate it when photographs show a property it better condition than itc realistically is.
These apartments are referred to as “Stylish” whereas whilst they might have been once today they are run down , shabby and not cared for.
As soon as you gain access from the street you are greeted with old and dirty stairway carpet, and the apartment is not any better.
Communication with the owners started off well but they only contact via text, they didn’t answer the numerous call I made to them....

"It’s a gorgeous hotel in a very central location. Immaculately clean and well kept. My only complaint is that I needed help making a local call because my train had been delayed and my international ESIM didn’t include calls. All the hotel staff just sent me to other staff members and said they couldn’t help. When I spoke to the guy in the business area I could see the landline phone right behind him and there were absolutely no other people needing assistance and he still said he couldn’t help....

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience.
