"Eagles Ridge is looking a lot run down. The proprty needs a refresh, 1. pool tiles are cracked and falling off. Pool deck is chipped and cracked. 2. rooms was in need of a deep clean, and repair. baseboards are falling off and dirty. 3. property needs a good trim, grass was long & unkept"
