"I never received the email with the door codes. Luckly, a staff member was there and after 15 minutes of horsing around we got it. The electric plugs in the unit (on the wall) were awkwardly placed. Starting at about 11:00pm, local persons were revving their cars and playing music incredibly loud. ..."

"Room was half empty and the desk was useless since the tv was on it. Blinds had a gaping hole I had to cover with the room menu since the window had no curtains.
