"I previously booked 2 rooms in 2025 and the stay was perfect. I just checked out of my 2 rooms and received a bill for parking ($10 per day per room)?!!! This is not noted anywhere when reserving on line and I never paid previously. Parking our cars at your hotel should be included....absolutely ridiculous. When complaint was made the woman was rude but eventually reversed the charge. I will not be staying here ever again"

Rooms looked exactly like the photos, and even though you can only get into the rooms with your keycards they still come with two additional locks which made us feel very secure. "Our stay in March 2026 unfortunately started off stressful. Prior to arriving, I called to add an extra night to our reservation and was assured by the front desk that it had been confirmed. I trusted the confirmation and did not ask for an email verification. "The layout is great: location and facilities, especially breakfast, is top-shelf. The rooms are more than tired, they are worn and decayed. Furniture works but is archaic. Bathroom fixtures are not designed for an adult. For example, the toilet is too low for an adult. Bathroom sink was cracked. Caulking on tile was missing. Staff is outstanding: polite and helpful. "
