"Check in/Check out was seamless. Amenities were readily available…staff was friendly, very receptive to questions and directions. Location was amazing! You forget that it’s connected to an airport…the train station, Restaurants and shops were also conveniently located. Would highly recommend! We will definitely book another stay! "Perfect place if you want to be at the center of it all. Didn’t really use many of the amenities because we were just using the room to sleep then would get on with our day but it has everything you need. The beds are clean, they give you clean towels, Japanese robes, toiletries daily. Housekeeping comes every 2-3 days unless you request them to clean sooner than that. Overall a it’s great hotel for someone who just wants a clean place to stay at before tackling on your activities the next day "

"The room, though small, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. There is a Family Mart across the street and a 711 around the corner, as well as a Don Quijote. Kabukicho is known as a “bad” area, but I did not feel unsafe at any time walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. The hotel itself is on a busy street with many people. Just north of the hotel is a nice neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There are several train stations within 10-15 mins walk. The onsen was a nice amenity to have "

"Clean but we had a really really really small room. I am aware that rooms are generally small in Tokyo but the size was not specified while we booked. So we had a shock when we went in. Now we know why it wasn't stated about the size while other rooms have. "
