"Just wanted something clean and nice. Went to Silver Fern in Rotorua and it was awful, smelly, old and had a spider under the sheets. Desperately wanted a place nice and comfortable. This place was wonderful and right next to Eat Street. Loved it. "

"We were really impressed with our accommodation at Tasman Holiday Parks. It was in a great spot, right next to Kuirau Park. Our room was attractive and very clean with everything you could need provided. The site itself was well equipped with mineral pools, a small swimming pool, washing facilities and so on. Would definitely recommend."

"I don’t know why people rated so low. It’s a little dated but for the price and the area it’s pretty good. Small hot spring pool is basically a private pool. The bed was clean and comfortable and had full kitchen available with cutlery and plates, cups microwave and oven. I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget. Most other hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory. It’s not a brand new property but well taken care of."

"We had a private room and used the shared bathrooms. Everything was clean, our room was basic but more spacious than we expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, yet most things we needed were automated (like check in/ out). The location is SUPERB! We could walk to “Eat street” and Kuirau Park is across the street, uber rides were readily available, and the InterCity bus stop was a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again. "
