"Our stay at Novotel had its positives, but overall the property is in need of some serious maintenance. The rooms felt quite tired, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. In our room, the windows had black condensation stains, and both the furniture and bathroom looked dated and worn. The facilities, including the pool, also didn’t feel well maintained and could definitely use some attention. On the plus side, the location is excellent, and we really appreciated the kids’ room—it was a great touch for families. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, which made a difference to our experience."

"Wow! What a fantastic holiday park. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍 The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them. Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern. Will we be back absolutely!! "We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again."
