"My experience with this property could have been different if the stuff were more pleasant and helpful. A couple of requests were made prior to arrival and once there, we were informed that there was nothing noted in their system. No information was provided to us regarding the amenities, schedules, restaurants and trying to use their shuttle service was difficult as only 1 or 2 were in service for the whole property. I was not able to use the clothes dryer because it had a gasket or wire...

"Great stay. Centrally located, & amazing staff.
My check in was smooth. Bruce and Vallence(idk the spelling) were very helpful. My room,F13, was available as soon as I checked in. I felt safe and any needed was resolved with urgency.
This local family owned and operated, solar powered business was everything I imagined. The photos were an exact depiction of the property.
Superfoods, Eagle Beach, The Butterfly Farm, and the hotel zone were minutes away. I’m looking forward to another stay....

"This is the place! Marial and Dirk are amazing hosts and the property is perfect! Located close enough to all major attractions/places but still in the local area so you get the best of both worlds. We were here for a week to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rent a car and know that GPS says you've arrived but the property is to the left off of sero Blanco. Absolutely amazing stay and we hope to return soon!"

"having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd.
the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it."
