Learn more about Te Puke

Kiwifruit capital of the world, Te Puke invites you to tour working orchards and sample fresh fruit at Kiwi360 farm experience. Nearby Papamoa Beach offers perfect swimming conditions, while adventurous visitors can book white water rafting trips on the Kaituna River.

New Zealand is all about adventure — so for one of my first adrenaline-pumping activities, I did white water rafting on the world’s HIGHEST commercially rafted waterfall with Kaitiaki Adventures!

I was incredibly nervous at first because the rapids were strong, but in the end it became extremely fun! We basically went through Kaituna River, over 14 rapids and 3 waterfalls which includes the 7meter Tutea Falls (thee said highest commercially rafted waterfall in the whole world!) This is definitely a MUST for you to do when in New Zealand!
