"Lovely hotel,easy check-in, large rooms only issue was it was too warm in bedroom no windows and when we asked for radiators to be turned off we were told they couldn't so fetched ice water and a fan but no plug sockets near bed so that was really a waste of time, so didn't have a good nights sleep. "I stayed for one night with my daughter in a city twin room. This hotel is very well positioned across from the train station and a stones throw from all the shops. Lovely room, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely shower. We had breakfast the next morning and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d fully recommend staying here. "

"The reception staff and bar staff are soo helpful. I have been a few times and normally visit as the rooms are great if working, comfortable beds. And the staff look after you, they even upgraded me to executive room which I’m grateful for when wanting to work. "

"On arrival our receptionist was amazing and had a great sense of humour! "Good start with friendly reception staff, but the room was like a prison cell: one strip flourescent light, wood-chip walls, saggy mattress.
