"The hotel was busy this time with the foyer being renovated and quite large groups. This meant that there was a bit of a wait at breakfast for the coffee machine and hot food etc. but the options were still available. Parking was available and signage was given to the temporary reception area so all ok."

"Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes? "

"Brilliant location for the Trafford Centre and right by the Trafford Palazzo Tram stop to get into the city centre (red line takes you straight to Victoria). We used it as a base to get to the AO Arena, handy McDonald's opposite the hotel open til midnight! Breakfast is included but when I said we'd had to check out really early they said they'd made us up a grab and go bag each - I asked if they could do a vegan one and they made me up a veggie sausage bap at 4am, top customer service!! Room was nice and had everything you'd expect, there was a gym on site which I didn't have time to try but was a nice addition! Recommend!"

"Great quiet but central location. Fabby having fridge in our roon and lovely wide windows giving lots of natural light and airiness to the room. Great hope powerful showers and comfy beds."

"I phoned Marriot about sorting out an accessible room as the showers in standard rooms aren't suitble. but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Sadly, because I phoned, I had no proof via email, so the receptionist was like 'sorry, but it wasn't asked for'"

"Great breakfast and hotel in general, the only thing wrong was the cans of water in the room were awful..... please use bottles."
