"We are requesting a refund of the booking. I have raised concerns and addressed the issues to the hotel staff in private but they insisted that the refund request must be made via Expedia. I am attaching the photos of some of the bad stuff we saw in the rooms last night when we checked in. I wanted to tell them in private so other customers won’t hear about it.
These must never happen in a hotel like holiday inns which otherwise usually have good reputation especially the spits on the tiles in...

"Great place to relax before a flight home as location is 6 minutes away from airport. Walkable restaurant location with shopping. Reception was very helpful in recovering cell phone left in a taxi. Bar with optional light meal available as well as dinner place. Plenty of ocean view rooms with a large balcony. Plenty of room space for luggage and personal items. I would recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons, and I didn't even mention the golf!

"Modern building and a handy location only 10 minutes or less to the airport and great access to the city with the tram only 6 or 7 minutes walk away. Our shower door in the room leaked out water and practically flooded the room which was not good. We didnt get replacement towels either even though we asked for them but thats not the end of the world..breakfast was fine and pretty average i guess with the usual choices for a 3 star hotel. Overall it was okay for money i suppose"

"Prachtig hotel met mooi klassiek interieur, ruime kamer met voldoende kastruimte. Heerlijke douche! Na 1 dag was de kraan van de wastafel kapot maar deze werd direct vervangen.
Hele ruime tuin met meer dan genoeg ligbedden ( we waren er eind maart, begin april)
Overal werd goed schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was prima, goed aangevuld met ruime keuze en ter plaatste eiervariatie bakken.
Het hotel ligt anderhalve kilometer van de boulevard met winkels en restaurants.
Personeel was op alle fronten erg...

"Very pleasently surpised. The property is definitely older but we'll maintained. Staff were all great. All inclusive offer was pretty generous and good value with a range of drinks and snacks included throughout the day. Buffet meals had a pretty good variety. Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property with disinfectant gel everywhere. Rooms and beds were comfortable and functional."
