"Probably going to be hard to beat for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was clean and had been updated inside the room. The hotel is what I would call a "retro" style. If you are expecting the modern multi level inside hotel, its not that. But seems to be in a decent neighborhood from what I could tell, and even though we weren't there for the beach, it is basically across the road. "Parking was easy kinda confusing at first till you walk around to get to know the place but that’s understandable being in a new place "

"Properly the loudest hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel is located near an airport, police station, and railroad tracks. Also in the room, they have the loudest vents. It was so difficult to sleep when this is normally not a problem for me. You can always hear police sirens. And the hotel vibrates when there’s an airplane taking off. "The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"

"It’s an older property as fast as HI’s go but still clean and comfortable. Even better, the staff were great! Bryan at the front desk is someone I remembered from a stay at the HGI in Chesapeake - top notch. Karen hosted breakfast and sang softly to the soundtrack. I had my headphones and YT music but didn’t need them. People make the difference and this team rocked it! Don’t hesitate at all to stay at this one "
