Khách sạn gần Nhà máy rượu Waters Edge tại Norfolk

"room was very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful."

"Only stayed one night but was happy with everything."

"I didn’t feel particularly safe during my stay here. It was LOUD at odd times in the halls (like 4:45 in the morning) and it smelled strongly like weed in the halls, the lobby, outside the hotel doors. Water was hot and water pressure was good, and bed was comfy enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Convenient location."

"Clean facilities and room. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great too."

"Very nice hotel. New, clean, very comfortable beds."

"Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again."

"the free breakfast was worth eating"

"They gave someone my key and they came in my room while in the room I"

"Walking through the door was wonderful because of the appearance and great smell. Having daily house keeping whether you need it or not was nice. My only suggestion would be two wash clothes for each person in the room. One for your face and one for your body 😉 My husband fell in love with the location and convenient parking."

"I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!"

"This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to...

"I was mislead by expedia, whose pictures of the rooms did not coincide with the description. The woman ( Jilly) working the desk was so very kind to upgrade me to the room i was expecting which fulfilled my purpose for booking the room 1 night of relaxation!! Thanks Your my hero!"
