"Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the town and the car park whilst small was reasonably priced at £5 for the night. The receptionist was pleasant and checked us in quickly and off we went to our room. The room was a good size with a king bed but was warm due to this being an old building, although a fan is provided which helped a little. "Floor was being replaced so part of the kitchen was out of action for evening meals and there was a reduced menu. This wasn’t a problem though as there were still lots of dishes to choose from. Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms are big and comfy. Top hotel. Shall return!"

"Beautiful parkland and excellent room and facilities - we enjoyed the spa and gym too. The gym was well supplied with machines and weights. All the staff were friendly and helpful and catered for a number of special requests. A shame we were there on a Monday night when the Orangery restaurant was not open as we would like to have tried it. Would definitely recommend."

"Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head."
