"Courteous staff, great food at the pub, nicely decorated room."

"My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was great too. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Ample onsite parking next to the pub for customers. Around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The only negative for me was that there was a constant humming noise in my room during the day and evening, I think it was due the the extractor fans in the kitchen below. "We arrived late at night after leaving a hotel 15 minutes away that turned out to be dreadful. We felt so welcome here - the kindest, most welcoming people, and very cosy, spotless, pretty rooms, with welcome baskets of much-appreciated snacks. Very comfy, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit family locally."

"Check in was easy. Staff were courteous. The room was lovely and clean so was the bathroom. The pub is just across the car park where food is served. In the room there were menu’s so you could pre order your food. The TV was nice and big and the Wi-Fi is free. Tea and coffee available in the room. Bed was big and very comfy. What more could you ask for really. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to stay. "
