The staff working the buffet were SO pleasant, coming around with huge smiles to make small talk and emphasize that if you need anything at all to let them know. The complimentary breakfast, dinner, and the drink coupons (one free, two for $1 each) were awesome each day at happy hour. The room was clean and quiet and the staff held our luggage after checkout until our conference was done for the day. Would 100% stay here again. "

Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to...
