"Planned a 3 night stay. Woke up in the middle of the second night with bed bug bites all over me, and I saw an actual bed bug moving in the bed. Staff was kind and offered a different room. We searched 2 other rooms and found bed bug evidence in both. Finally, we found a room that appeared to be bed bug-free, but we were told we couldn't use the bathroom or sink in that room. The sitting/TV room was dismal and dark, but having a separate bedroom area was great. The bathroom was clean and towels were eventually replaced the following day which was nice.
