No exhaust fan in the bathroom so I opened the bathroom window and was immediately soaked from water coming in through the window from floors above. Tried to call the front desk and phone was out of order. Truly the worst overnight experience ever with my children."

"It was absolutely a historic hotel with a lot of charm. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, given that it was an older hotel, it definitely showed signs of wear and tear and didn't entirely match the pictures online. The bathroom was small and a little unclean, and the area surrounding the hotel (which I understand the hotel cannot help, but would have been nice to know about) is not the safest (especially at night).
