"We went for the all inclusive package, the food and drink was excellent. The main restaurant had plenty of choice and changed the offering each night.
The hotel ran free activities everyday which were always good fun, the pool was nice and they had a good system for pre-booking sun loungers on their app, but to be honest most days you didn’t need to and could always find a free sun lounger.

"Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc."
"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. "Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"
"An absolute gem of a hotel!
This is such a unique property with an absolutely gorgeous botanical garden. Even from the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by spacious, beautifully decorated interiors and a wonderful view. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!"
