D'une part, nous aimerions vous informer que notre établissement dispose d'un service de parking privé moyennant un coût supplémentaire qui fonctionne toujours sous réserve de disponibilité. Nous regrettons qu'il ne vous ait pas été possible de l'utiliser pendant votre séjour en raison du taux d'occupation élevé. Cependant, il y a un autre parking privé à quelques mètres de l'hôtel pour le même prix. En outre, un grand parking public gratuit se trouve à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. La barrière située à notre entrée est toujours disponible pour que nos clients puissent décharger leurs bagages rapidement et confortablement. Cependant, cette zone n'est pas destinée au stationnement car il s'agit d'une zone de chargement et de déchargement. Enfin, nous regrettons que vous ayez décidé de ne pas profiter de nos services hôteliers, car nous savons que vous n'avez finalement pas séjourné avec nous au Barceló Santiago.
