"I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed: - Staff are less friendly - Water is not free in the room. (1 can of water when you arrive only) - wear and tear not being fixed in the room - ripping off customers with drinks and ice cream (£24-35) for 2 cocktails or a small glass of wine. If you stay - go to the shop across the street and buy your Alcahol, fill it up in bottles and take to pool. As soon as we arrived the guy checking...

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses."

"We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...
