Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Lage praktisch – mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Costa Adeje. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 208). Auch positiv: viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das gesamte Hotel ist rauchfrei. "Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage. Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. "Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

"Took over an hour on arrival to check in, got up to room and there were hairs everywhere and on bed lining. Woke up the following morning and there were ants on the bedside tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok and lifts were quick. Would not be back."
