"The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!"

"Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...

"Great little hotel near restaurants and the river. Quirky ambiance that works. Only think was in our room, the large window had kids fingerprints all over and smears of unknown substances.. I just closed the curtains so I didn't have to look at it."

"Carpet in rooms and halls is badly stained and looks dirty. Parking is tight and limited had to wait for so.e one to leave to be able to park. Staff was friendly especially Allison! Would probably not stay again for the price their are several nicer options."

"Older but clean buildings and rooms. Bathroom was clean but did not have body wash and had to wait until next day to get some bad quality bar soaps to use. (Couldn't p have them when readying the rooms..?). Breakfast was good with some hot items available. They charge for parking each night but at the south end of Portland downtown area so we could simply walk there. It is situated next to PSU but there were still a lot of homeless people nearby. Good food options nearby that are for...

"You either get what you pay for or less! The only reason I chose this place was because it was right across an area for food trucks. Not clean!"

"Room was nasty, very old and run down/dirty it looked like blood drops on the floor, slamming door next door. The Train is RIGHT in front of the building and runs very early and pretty loud! Old, nasty old furniture, stuff dripping down the window, no vending machines at all. The entire night I believe maybe from the bathroom fan in the room below me, but it sounded and felt like construction equipment or something, was so loud and intense, vibrating the walls and shaking my bed all night long....

"The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. There were many places to eat within walking distance, also Powell's Bookstore was...

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"
