"We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) . It seems obvious in hindsight but only feedback is the images on Hotel.com and other sites are a mixture of all the different rooms they manage in that...

"Instructions for checkin never reached me so we weren't able to stay there.There seemed to be several intermediaries between Hotels.com and the actual owners. I would never book this type of accommodation again with Hotels.com. "

"We were never given check in information and no one would respond to our messages or answer the phones. We did not stay here and still trying to recoup our money from this experience. Scam!!!"

"We stayed this little cottage for four nights and enjoyed every single night. The neighbors are so quiet and safe. The street is so narrow so if you are not good at parking in squeeze place, it might be a challenge. The communication with property management was so smooth and any questions were replied spontaneously. We wish we could stay longer this lovely place."
