"We had a good stay. The room was excellent very clean. The staff on reception were excellent. The hotel location and layout was very good. However, Breakfast on Saturday morning, 29th of August, was chaotic. Everything ran out very quickly and it seemed that they must have been short staffed in the kitchen, or no-one was checking on replenishment on the self serve breakfast items. Residents were very getting very agitated waiting for hot breakfast items to be replenished . Also I would recommend...

"Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing."

"From the lovely welcome to leaving we could not fault our stay. Staff were fantastic and so friendly. The room was beautiful with lovely products in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The only niggle was the my husband said there was road noise in the early hours of the morning."
