"Very disappointed, needs a lot of updating ,no hot water. Also very cold and no heating . Tv cables hanging off the walls . And in need of a deep clean . I won't be going back ."

"This is my third stay here after deciding to visit every year on my birthday three years ago. The hotel is wonderful - the decor is warm and cosy but stylish. I loved my room and that sea view is unbeatable. The breakfast is delicious and incredibly generous - I always get the full English but the juices, pastries and other bits at the buffet are also great. I also had the most amazing massage and facial at the spa! The staff are lovely and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. "
