"Place is near the beach"

"The overall rating 4 star is just because of the location of the property. Plenty of shops, stores, eateries and walkable beachside. The property was clean but not in a good maintained order, rusty taps, mould in wet areas, chipped crockery. The host is quite responsive to your needs though. There is no pool and no rooftop accessibility in this property."

"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored.
