"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. "The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the hospitality and customer service was great, top of the top! Salome I think is the manager and she was lovely to chat with while having breakfast. She told us about the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival that was happening in town and we stumbled upon it and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel! "
