Khách sạn Thanh Miện , Thành phố Hải Phòng

"Really lovely staff and spacious room. However, the drain and fridge didn’t work. Phone in the room was unplugged. It seemed like the room wasn’t properly prepared prior to checking in"

"Very nice stay"

"Breakfast just so so, For hot dishes like beef pho, chicken pho, or omelet, you can only choose one. No ice service for cold drinks"

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Great location."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel, located in heart of Hanoi. We experienced a wonderful new year's night by the lake that is just around the corner. Nice breakfast at the top of the hotel. Love it! "

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"Fabulous hotel - great location"

"It so good facilities and nice staff"

"Was great service and so friendly"

"Great hotel"

"The GM Premium hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarters, a bustling, dense area of Hanoi. As we made our way up the steps, three Bellmen quickly open the doors and grabbed our bags. They insisted we just sit down and take it easy. We were greeted by Tracey, a very professional and gracious host. She delivered some wonderfully refreshing drinks and snacks to have while she got us registered. Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and just what we needed. Tracey gave us her...

"The hotel locates a few walks from the Old Church & Turttle Lake. Tons of local foods around for travelers to try. Not as busy and crowded as in the Old Square Area. Good service. New rennovation. Clean bed & shower. "

"Sạch sẽ, nhân viên lễ phép, phục vụ tận tình. Sẽ có dịp quay lại. "

"The hotel is clean, offers a wonderful view, and the staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is large and excellent. There is a park right in front where you can take a walk. However, the refrigerator doesn't work well, and the towels have a slight smell of sweat."
