"There isn’t an elevator. We stayed at the Shannon Suite (top floor) which was 81 steps. All luggage had to be carried. I would not recommend for elderly."

"Everything was excellent, prime location, good breakfast, excellent bathroom. A+++"

"Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit super Lage."

"Situation géographique exceptionnelle, parfaite pour un court séjour. Personnel accueillant et efficace."

"Great location, clean comfortable room, decent sized bed."

"Had an amazing stay."

"Location was perfect for walking around the city. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful"

"When I first walked in my room I was very surprised by the excellent rating on here for the hotel - the room was very old, furniture worn out, and rug darkened and bumpy. The mattress was also more of a cot thickness with flat pillows and not comfortable. "Excellent location. Nice grocery store across the street. Don’t like half glass in shower, makes a mess on the floor. Room very small but that’s European standards I guess. Housekeeping ladies very nice. Lots of stores nearby."

"We loved everything about citizenM Dublin. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and we were very happy that we chose the buffet every morning. Location was perfect, very walkable to many of the sights we wanted to see. We did the Hop on Hop off bus tour which was great."

"Excellent location very central. Easy to access from the airport by nearby bus stops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception staff was very convenient for our early morning checkout. We would stay here again."

"We arrived in Dublin for our honeymoon, Arthaus provided an early check in, and a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room! Parking garage is right next door, I did know not know they would validate (50% off parking) so I prepaid it. At the front desk they offered breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was great, there was a good menu. Both men working at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return."

"The staff here were incredibly attentive and pleasant. When I checked in, the front desk staff noticed it was my birthday and gave us two free drinks from the bar to celebrate! We stayed one night, then went to Kilkenny for the night, and came back for two more - they held our big suitcases for us, for free, so we didn't have to take them with us. When my late night Uber eats delivery times weren't matching with the app, the front doorman worked to flag them down and the lady at the front desk...
