"Hidden gem that was very comfortable and well located"

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
