"The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly. The down side is the hotel have NO amenities as restaurants or bars. Olivia used to be the restaurant and the bar but is being closed for a while. It is just a little...

"For the price it gets 3 stars. They are very old on a busy street. All of them are apartments turned into Motels. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen, we did not even have a coffee machine. No fork, no pans . Nothing! Bedding was old and looked stained . Just to give you a heads up on the kind of area .. the office sells condoms . You also have to have a $50 cash deposit. . We would not stay here again and glad we only had to for 1 night . "

"Let me say this first, it's nice. When I booked it I was expecting a unit that was in one of the main level rooms. Ours was on the third floor of and older building. No elevator with luggage it was a pain. I realize it was an older building and not Subject to Ada rules. But it was very clear and alough it was a smaller room it was nice. Just beware when you book ask for a lower level if you have issues. Close to everything especially the boardwalk and beach. F1 grand prix was in town so it was...

"Very fun vibe & steps to the boardwalk & beach! Ideal location and the lively palapa bar made our stay so fun! Lots of great restaurants 5” away & very picturesque. Stay here if you like the island vibe - it’s clean & fun! "
