"Have just returned from a wonderful break at the Black Horse. The surroundings are idyllic with lavender fields, apple and plum trees as well as all the beaitiful plants Everywhere is immaculately maintained from the grounds to the restaurant and cottages. The staff were so kind and helpful . Would return in a heartbeat. "

"All the staff at the Anglers Arms were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you. All the food we had (3 breakfasts &. 1 dinner) was very good. The hotel is in need of some modernisation but we know that Joanne and the team are working on this, given a little time they will get everything right but in the meantime it is still a good place to stay and excellent value."
