"Very conveniently located to Loch Lomond & the highlands. The staff (Alistair, Faith, & George, to name a few) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The dining room was bright & neat & clean. The food was very nice and there was a wide variety to choose from for dinner. This is an older hotel, but everything worked. The soundproofing was excellent! Could not hear the motorway or people in adjacent rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel was full."

Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. "Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi.
