Our room was very well equipped and we welcomed the fresh milk and complimentary water in the fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, nice restaurant with good dinner choices and very generous breakfast. Free parking also."

However, this year, Expedia accepted my booking and my money, and when I arrived late at night after a long drive - the hotel was closed - and up for Sale! I had to find a room after 9pm on the busiest weekend of the year. I have asked Expedia to refund my money but had no acknowledgement."
