"The room was a good size and clean, and the beds were comfortable. "

"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"The room was clean, however our internet didn’t work in our room and we were unable to connect to Netflix. They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist the building was a lot. Honestly this was not of the Marriott standards we’re use to and the area of the hotel was questionable. "

"Parking was good. As expected, kitchen was not equipped with dishes etc. but had refrigerator and sink and stove."

"Clean room. Nice location. Easy check in and out. Was a great stay for our family. Breakfast was as expected. Lots of options. "

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. "

"My heat didn’t work had to put my clothes back on to stay warm and the staff member hollered at me as I was trying to check in "

"Room was nicer than expected. AC and heat worked fine. Only real negative was the hallways had a funky odor almost like mold. Seemed stronger closer to the elevators and ice machines so may be coming from there. Was surprised by quality of the room after experiencing that in the hallway though. Staff was also excellent both the team when we arrived and when we left. Very polite and accommodating. "

"The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. "

"Rize is a great restaurant! The only additional requests I would ask is that a small personal fridge be an option, or an option to clean the mini bar since it’s not weighted. As well as an option to include a microwave in the room. Though not all stays are extended beyond a day or two, families still love to stay here and may be staying for a few days. This would support those extended stays, just as options to be added into the room, or in the mini bars case, the fridge to be cleared. "

"Nice large room, comfortable bed. The elevator was broken for most of our 3-night stay, and the living room TV kept cutting out, but otherwise everything was lovely!"
