"Convenient location."

"First off, I had no clue this was an extension of the opera house, which I’ve stayed at multiple times. Melrose hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.. quickest check-in ever, straight to the point and amazing customer service! Rooms were big and CLEAN, Bathroom was immaculate. Jordan and Zue are the absolute best! They are kind, respectful, and seem to love their job! Thanks to the both of yall for making my stay outstanding. I will definitely be back, sooner than later! "Wonderful, unique hotel- beautifully appointed, very clean, adequate fitness center, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast including a latte machine. Downsides: very comfortable bed but TERRIBLE pillows ☹️ Typical tight NYC hotel- very small bathroom with NO counterspace- had to place my toiletries on a towel on the floor. Area is not safe to walk around so keep in mind you will need to Uber everywhere. But overall I would totally stay here again!"

"Not a terribly convenient location for food and activities but nice big room. Only bad thing was that there was garbage still on our balcony from prior guests and the balcony was dirty."

"1 Star Our stay at the Fairfield Inn LaGuardia Airport was overshadowed by an unacceptable incident caused by unprofessional and poorly trained front desk staff. Late one night, our room keys suddenly stopped working. What should have been a simple issue turned into a three-hour ordeal from midnight until approximately 3:00 a.m. During that entire time, we were locked out of our room with no access to our belongings. "Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."

"Window in bathroom opened up directly to neighbours, very limited space for storage. That said, fantastic location and very convenient facilities on-site like tea in the lobby."
