"The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...

"It was a decent room, fairly clean. I wasn't expecting a 4 star experience from a budget hotel. There were a few things that could have been better though. The breakfast was nice, but to say that options were limited would be an understatement. The only real negative was average at best water pressure and temperature. The room was clean, but it looked like it could use a thorough deep clean. Furniture was well used but still functional."

"The location was good,right across from the mall. However the hotel is between the on ramps to the 87so you just have to really pay attention when turning into the parking lot.The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but really in need of cosmetic updates - painting and update the bathroom. Also there is no breakfast included as it states on the website. Coffee and tea were available though"

"I would not ever choose to stay here again. The hotel had an outdated and dirty feeling overall. We had a pillow on our bed thay was dirty and my husband found a disposable mouth guard in his fitted sheet. Our faucet was super strong and shot water everywhere. We walked by the pool and there was lots of trash. Around 11pm we had kids knocking on our door and then running away. The breakfast was subpar."

The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. "The room was disgusting with broken furniture and stains all over. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the counter the carpets in the hallways were threadbare. It looked like a no tell motel."
