"The staff was rather great when checking in 🙂👍😊 but I can just say the water pressure was rather low when showering or bathing ,I can also say that the service at the bar was also no where to be seen I had to wait a while before someone saw that I wanted something to drink."

"Size was shocking! no cupboards, hooks, shelves. no space for anything, the pics of the room were from Barcelona which is terrible and misleading! its catered for backpackers and if you kept to your £35 a night calculations no one would complain and you would have return customers and good reviews. at £70 a night its a disgrace and no doubt bottom of the value for money hotel rooms. No one replied to our complaint to easy hotels which is about right from your company! never again!"

"Liked - comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Apartment was a good size. Disliked - microwave unusable, rusty inside. Food left in freezer. Dishwasher not emptied. Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. Light under kitchen units - only one working. Oven shelves and pans dirty. No dishwashing liquid. Clock in lounge not working. Bathroon shower head completely useless, sink would not drain properly. No plug for bath or kitchen sink. What a pity, this could be a really nice apartment with some TLC and maintenance."

"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. I would recommend using these people again and When I'm in the area next time I will have a look to see what's on offer. Keep it up"
