"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"Clean rooms. Stayed with family of six and we had a 3 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfortable enough. Everything was very clean. Wish there was an iron or hair dryer but otherwise was clean and spacious enough for all. Slight smell from the pipes of the bathrooms that were a a little strong at times but I think that's just how it is in the city. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Each and every staff member greeted us daily, the room was extremely spacious and clean and, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Added bonus the Go Dublin Hop on Hop off stop is literally just outside the front door and you are steps away from one of the newest distilleries in the city. We used the Go Dublin Express Airport Shuttle to get two/from the airport. Close stops to the hotel and easy to locate."

"Stayed at this hostel one night and its sister location garden house hostel. The room that I stayed in was a 4 bed mixed dorm. Two bathrooms on floor of i think 3 or 4 dorms. Sometimes they were occupied for a bit and you have to wait. There was BIKE PARKING in parkade. Hooray! They also allowed you to leave your bags until check in for free which is needed as a budget Traveller. Staff is helpful and kind."

"L’appartement était propre. Il y a quelques espaces de rangement (2 tiroirs et une mini-penderie); c’était suffisant pour notre séjour. Le personnel est soucieux de notre confort et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Un déjeuner-buffet chaud et froid est disponible. Il y a beaucoup de variété et des options sans gluten et sans lactose.

"Checkin was a disaster. Tried to check in online, said it failed. Turned up at reception and they didn’t have a record of the reservation. Passed between a few people and then the manager determined the online checkin was actually successful so it cancels the reservation apparently??? 30 mins wasted messing around with trying to look up confirmation numbers and booking references.
That all said, the room was great and the shuttle to/from DUB was perfect. "

"Great place to stay near airport! You can bus into town. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside and restaurant is great. Rooms clean and it's so convenient. I don't love Dublin as it's too noisy so this is a great place to stay when I arrive to explore other parts, or have a super early flight! Allison, who works at breakfast is fabulous!!!
