"There are two Plume of Feathers in Cornwall. If you search for the one in Portscatho on Google this one is likely to show up and I made the mistake in booking it. When I contacted them once I had realised my error they said it was not up to them to refund but Expedia - who I contacted. They were helpful and sympathetic - but they said it was actually at the discretion of the host who they contacted on my behalf but they declined my request. I again contacted the PoF to ask them to reconsider...

"Will always be my choice when staying in Penzance. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Great space, bed, seating area in bed area bay window, settee in other bay window. Comfortable bed, clean room, good shower. Great housekeeping. Owner and Staff really friendly and helpful. Full buffet style breakfast, very filling. Evening meal selection great, Sunday roasts excellent. Great background music and some live music afternoons. Very central place to stay. Good bus, train, boat, helicopter links....

"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

"Fantastic apartment style accommodation with views over the harbour. Swam in the harbour, ate at the pub, ventured out to many sightseeing spots! A great stay !"

"Very close to the ferry to isles of scilly had 2 portions of ham egg and chips as we are gluten and dairy free and it was excellent enough to feed 4 Old building showing it's age .breakfast was very greasy .Gluten free bread was not nice"

"The room and the view was spectacular. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and modern. The reason for the lower rating was the restaurant. We had a bad experience. They reserve the tables for the local people. We were seated in the pub section close to the bar even though all other tables were empty. We arrived at 4pm, it was empty. We ended up between two wet and smelly dogs and getting poked by the gentleman standing at the bar behind us. The server was oblivious...
