"Excellent"

"This was my first time at the hotel. The lobby area was nice but my room was really nice. I really liked that it have a living room area as it was my first time in a king suite. The room was very clean. I definitely will be staying there again. Also the staff were friendly so that made the stay even more enjoyable."

"Our family stayed for 2 nights and we were not impressed. The property is in desperate need of renovations. Our room was okay but did not meet my standards of clean. The washroom needed a good scrub down and the shower curtain had a funky smell. The carpets were dirty and in need of a steam cleaning. We didn't use the pool because the water looked murky. The windows had a gross film which was not appealing. Overall disappointed."

She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. "This is a lovely property, clean, easy to park and conveniently located next to many dining and shopping options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. It met our needs very well for a one night stop in Rochester but would def stay longer."

"Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. The hotel suggested i contact Expedia and they would support a refund but without notice I didn't have any other last minute...

"Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."
