"Terrible experience I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm."

"The property is 100% 5 star. Everything was in perfect shape and clean. Our room was beautiful with a marina view. The most impressive part of our stay was the staff. Each and every staff member we had contact with were amazing. They were all polite, friendly, and going out of their way to make our trip as pleasurable as possible. "Sadly there was no airport shuttle despite this being advertised (apparently due to low demand since the conflict in region escalated). Other than that, this is a nice place not far from the airport (10-15 minutes by taxi maximum). Our stay was super short - less than 8 hrs, we only used the room and slept - but if I need a hotel near the airport again I would not hesitate to consider this one."
