J from concierge helped us get a rental vehicle for the last 2 days of our stay, and helped arrange for the rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - he made it really easy for us! The King Junior Suite rooms are one of the best for the price and trust me, this visit I checked every hotel in DTLA, as we wanted to stay closer to the historic core, but it is really an easy walk to places like Grand Central Market area. It's convenient to most things, and the highway/freeway. Valet Hotel parking is $$, but after my search again in DTLA For a hotel, it is similar or more at all the other hotels.
