"No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. La habitación estaba en malas condiciones: la ropa de cama estaba rota y sucia, el piso pegajoso y la cortina de la ducha rota. Claramente no parecía una habitación correctamente mantenida ni preparada para recibir huéspedes.

"Clean and spacious room. There is cooking facilities but I didn't use it. Free laundry. 10mins walk to Exchange place and Hudson River. 10min walk to whole foods and plenty of dining option. Tram is 2mins away and 2 stops away from a shopping mall. Love the location."

"Second time here.
Disappointed that the only brunch options were a few things on the menu--we'd thought it was Mothers Day brunch --but the menu, overall, was solid, and intriguing.
Good variety of choices for various levels of appetite and various tastes-pasta, meats, salads, fish, sides, sandwiches.
Our meals were very very good!
The 4 of us agreed the sticky rice appetizer was the best we'd ever had. Sushi was also very good- fresh and tasty.

"So if the staff are reading rhis, I wonder if a Platt or a longer Platt name has ever stayed there, other than me? I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer).
